I was inspired to make it from my practice of Panevritmy – dance of life. – 15 per cent “Aum”

With this exercise we strive for the heights by accepting the harmonious in us and throwing away the disharmony from us.

Text: “Aum”, “om”, “aumen” are ancient words, from which the word amen (amen in English) originated in European languages, which is said at the end of blessings and prayers and sometimes translates with “So be it”. Write in your beautiful words a wish to end with these words.
